What We Do for You

Consultation and Assessment

During our initial consultation your property investments need and expectations are discussed. We locate evaluate and present properties which meet your criteria and preferneces.

Consultant Agreement and Registration Fee

By signing our Consultant Agreement, you agree to be represented by us, as a buyer. The registration fee covers all searches, property analysis and evaluation as well as reports and communication

Property Analysis and Selection

Properties are sources based on nominated criteria, such as pricing, rental yield, vacancy rates, growth potential and demographics to name a few. Properties will only be selected based on your criteria preferences.

Inspection and Report

Upon presentation of carefully selected properties, you can opt to arrange for an inspection/viewing and request a full report containing all relevant aspects of the property.

Negotiation and Settlement

Once a property has been selected, we negotiate on your behalf to secure the investment at the best price at the most favourable terms and conditions.

Additional Services

Property management relating to tradesmen, town planning, surveyors, validators, depreciation schedules etc. including project management for renovations or future value adding to the property
